I just moved to Houston from Orange County.

We eventually had to put some orange stuff on the trim and they went away.

I'm about to relocate to Orange County, CA and start my real estate investing career. 

I am primarily in Sacramento and Orange County CA... but have been looking out of state as well.  

Your ALL in cost is only a cup of coffee.I am currently flipping homes in Orange County and teach others how to do so as well.

Hi @Aundrea Newbern,We haven't successfully closed on any multifamily properties yet but we did bid on a property in Orange Park (32065) that had great numbers and we found two others that were looking great in 32210 and 32207.

I am new to Biggerpockets and Real Estate Investing, looking to network with other wholesalers and investors in the Orange County and Inland Empire areas.

I have a couple inspector referrals from my agent but BP has been great for finding quality people in the business.The property is in Bloomfield, NJ so anyone in Montclair, Newark, Orange, East Orange, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Nutley Clifton, Passaic, Lyndhurst would be great (sorry everyone for the keyword alert blast!).
