I think that a part time investor can have success with syndicated offerings and triple net leased properties if they’re willing to learn real estate fundamentals, perform “due diligence” on the deal/sponsors/property and engage legal help.  

While California has long been a real estate powerhouse, Florida offers a compelling alternative with its own unique set of advantages.Let's spark some conversation!

You want prospective tenants to come see it, walk it, imagine living there so don't get in the weeds on the details or offer photos that aren't great. 

I haven't read this page to see what's offered as conservation incentives, and then compared that against your local market prices for "junk" land.

The market here offers a lot of potential.I highly recommend making a trip here to get a feel for the different neighborhoods and understand where the best opportunities lie.
