Or am I a little nuts? 

So I was wondering if there is a real "soup to nuts" guide for beginning investors that are looking to buy and hold rental properties when they are starting from $0 and have no wealthy friends or family to rely on for non-traditional investment loans. 

I guess in a nut shell how can she show the daughter that she has to leave legally or else.I though, just kindly have the authorities tell her to leave change the locks and file an order of protection if she returns but, Im not sure if that will be too much.  

So just waiting on this seminar is driving me nuts so I'm digging.

I am still living at home and I am a full-time college student so the idea of me buying a house in the near future (next 2 years) seems absolutely nuts and honestly it really freaks me out.

In a nut shell they will purchase for 1.6% on the front end of a deal and charge $400 as a sort of service charge.  

I am going nuts spinning in circles going nowhere so have made it my goal to just buy a turn key real estate investment in like Ohio or Illinois (but I am not region faithful) by the end of 2017.

I'm quite sure that this could become quite the fruitful relationship.- Alex Thorstad
