You could use the appraisal/ appraiser as a way of leveling the plan field..P.S  Keep in mind you got to keep your cards close to your chest because the agent is working for the seller.

The plan sponsor selects a firm to provide overall administration, and also selects numerous investment options for participants to choose from.

When I finally got my return back, they had me owing bout $25k...but since I know and watch my numbers, I knew that it wasn't correct and I was even able to look at the return, with my elementary level understanding of their field, and find errors.

With that being said, all of my tenants have been renting for numerous years, so admittedly there may be some social media or other apps that are really effective too.

I want to get to know other investors and collaborate and immerse myself 1000% into this field.

Sure, they're not going to be able to go plow fields, but a desk job is possible.My family have had plenty of heart attacks too.
