If you look at the rate in a vacuum, you will miss all the other charges on the Loan Estimate. 

So for a 2 mil construction loan you need experience money and ability to execute.. if in reality any of those are missing then you need a capital partner for money and an experience partner for execution. whats happening is these Faux lenders are just preying on those that don't realize they could never get a loan.

I feel my requirements are strict too, but maybe I'm missing something.

Previously I've used SmartMove by Transunion.I'm looking at the TransUnion Full Credit Report on RentPrep and it seems to encompass everything that the RentPrep background check has but I'm not clear on how it differs from SmartCheck Premium (also by transunion).What am I missing here?

The list above is a good start but you are missing a few: Cicero, Hillside, Bellwood, Elmwood Park, Evergreen Park, Franklin Park, Harvey, Harwood Heights, and Westchester.  

Do not make a decision based on fear of missing out.Condos and townhomes are generally bad investments because you do not control a large potion of the costs.  

They're just going to fix stuff, that either didn't meet local code, or missed their "standard" building practice. 

They are not the posters who have a lot to say about subject to, wraps and other creative techniques but are clearly missing vital information. 

those small change orders are really tough to keep straight when your production building.. i know we miss stuff and have to redo it as well..
