It seems most of the IRA custodians that support the SDIRA/LLC arrangement don't actually handle setting up the LLC or help with the mechanics of operating it.We've found a couple that do, IRA Financial Trust Company and Midland Trust.

The cosmetics are usually decent because mommy wants baby to be in a nice place, but there is often problems with old mechanicals, aging roofs, etc.Student rentals are its own art.

A contractor came out today and said it would cost roughly "at least 10k to 12k" to attend to the structural and other main issues, not including removing and replacing the crumbling concrete foundation, replacing mechanical door, side door, painting, plus anything that reveals itself once he's into the work etc.
