" which I did, and he agreed to pay..................as I've stated to you before anything other is simply poor business practice. thank you for your input

If you buy in a vacation area there really is no safety net other than desirability/location…I guess just don’t pay up too much.

If you look at an amortization schedule and run the numbers the interest is acquired daily so you can compound it very fast and the EXTRA PAYMENT is the same as the daily interest you save if not less from the prior amount owed.

You don’t get CA level appreciation in Kansas City.Some areas are high crime so need make sure you understand the neighborhood you are investing in, like any city all locations are not equal.Very car centric city, mass transit is not widely used, people don’t walk, they drive outside of a few very walkable locations in heart of the city.
