I never stepped foot in Meridian for the last two houses I bought.  

I have a very nice, quaint 1400 sq foot home in Tucson AZ (area of Sabino Canyon Road and Tanque Verde road). 

just have never been in a situation myself or heard that the expectation is that a landlord would never expect anyone other than the tenant to ever step foot in the apartment.

I truly want to dive into wholesaling and would love to have a mentor who has a great foot in the game that I can learn from.

Again I do not know exactly where this is but you should double check you are not shooting yourself in the foot with over estimating what you think you are going to get per-month.Hope that helps a little for you!

You as a flipper put out a good product and you’ll still get top dollar.As Jay has stated the new strategy seems to be shifting from list price is set below market to generate foot traffic for multiple bids and revert back to pricing it to market or slightly above for concessions as it’s slowly shifting to buyers market.But I agree, don’t expect insane triple digit net margins anymore.

I drove by the property tonight and noticed a brand new vending machine installed on the sidewalk by the front door of one of the tenants.I know the property owner/manager didn’t approve of it, so it must be someone that works for the tenant that had it installed.The office building is a 225 foot long single story building with 3 tenants.

But the County had already approved the permits for the original developer and they were still valid.So, sure enough at the annual meeting--the only one that timeshare owners might, at least a few, attend and that an agenda is sent out for, they announced that they awarded a contract to their own development company to fully develop the timeshares.Yep, they were going to build more timeshares at our owners expense, and we would then all share in the profit (or losses, which is what it was going to be) but his company was going to build at double the cost per square foot for a high level home in that area, and these were rural timeshares, not high level. 

I noticed that per square foot price is 241.

My first job as a junior in high school was telemarketing for that company and I’ve had at least one foot in lending ever since.
