I do sometimes wonder though that without written permission from the owner of the mortgage to transfer title, if I'm a ticking time bomb waiting to receive a due on sale letter, or if it's actually fine since all the loans were conventionally underwritten.But I understand what you mean regarding having title in an LLC and having the loan not in the LLC will be a target for an injury attorney to try to knock down the veil in the matter of a large suit.
