We found a tenant to our single family house in GA, and completed all the formalities like Lease Contract signed, Move in check list completed and signed, Keys handed over to them and all the utilities changed to their name and the Tenant also moved some of the items into the house.

Most do try to take into account that lots of people have day jobs so they start 6 or later and often have a 30+ minute networking time before formal programing starts.I don't think anything is T accessible but you should be able to do the bus for some.

My "problem" with SmartMoves, it doesn't seem to have a formal application, It is providing information background information, credit check etc... but you still need to have them fill out an application of some kind, and having this all in one location is preferred, desired.I want the application and background before I even meet them.

Many were not paid or formal mentoring but even the ones I did pay for had that good quality in how they approached mentoring.For those who have turned it into a business, they are either making money off the mentoring fees or through partnering & deal sharing.

This property is in a c- or d+ area but a c neighborhood.I have not gotten formal quotes for the work yet, but I normally pay about 6-8k for total rewire, but my electrician is a destructor.
