Afterall, the "US" is their BIGGEST game play and defacto 'fiat' currency, since 1973 when the Nixon Admin removed the last vestiges of the "Gold Standard" and they 'pegged' the U$D to big energy and OPEC was formed, etc.

If you are not ready to immerse yourself in your education than it doesn't really matter how much the program costs in my view.I chose to go back to school in my 40's to get a degree because it was only then that the time was right in my life and I was able to fully commit to my education while working a full time job.
