Are you mainly partnering with local municipalities and grant programs and then bringing in a lender? 

Instead of using your own money, you secure financing through a hard money lender or a private investor.

Instead, make sure you’re securing the best deal possible.

They clearly don't know the law and need to spend 45 days figuring out how to handle a security deposit.
