If I bought something for a specific reason on one of the units I put those materials toward that one where possible even if it could be argued that it was a general expense (like buying 5 gallons of paint for one project and using 2 gallons left over to paint a single room later at another property).

Close proximity to another source of plumbing - either side by side, or stacked one on top of the other - means easier access to existing water and drain/vent lines, which will almost always be advantageous for your project budget.

I tried to help but don't want anyone to feel pressured, so I consider the matter closed.well U can lead a horse to water but cant make them drink.. keep in mind many of these folks were or are beginners .. so they may feel very intimidated to do anything but a post on BP.. and or are worried that somehow they will get sued by this guy..
