NEVER use a friend.

I invest in MA, a very tenant friendly state.

I have a close friend who does them for me but she can only do one at a time.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and convincing myself I am getting better at golf each year! 

Has anyone heard of a bank that is friendly to Self Directed IRAs and offers interest.I had Titan (have checkbook control as well) and switched as like you said, they don’t pay interest.

Standards have to be a bit stricter, not saying higher, but stricter.Another guideline is every April & October, everything is paid with cash and if cash is not accepted--debit card-- it really makes you look at how you spend.

Also, the agent as Rene said should be a good investor friendly agent too.
