Recently, my father and I have decided to look into real estate investing as an avenue to subsidize our income now that new life events have altered our paths.

I have grown up doing construction with my father who owns a small construction company in MO.

So far the home is currently in lis pendas  deed is still under the late fathers name. the only thing that confuses me is the fact that the property taxes are going to a random address to this other person who is actually paying the taxes on time. now i don't know what my next move should be, any suggestions or ideas of what i should do next cause i'm stuck..... i hope my story makes sense  

So I'm really uncertain on this one.As my father always said, there's no use borrowing trouble because the interest rate is crippling.  

My father is a contractor on the east coast.

It is a very successful company and her father owns it.Now, we are looking into purchasing a home of our own to rent out as a vacation rental as well.
