Does anyone have any experience with using the online real estate course, Real Estate Express?

To be honest, just by looking at it and knowing the area,  as well as the Panda Express up the street I visited last night and quite frequently, I would appraise this house at $112,900.  

I.e, do most deals in the conventional form as an agent, while wholesaling deals that don't fit the traditional mold of finding a seller who wants to list their home and wait for top dollar etc...I should note that I am still pursuing the wholesaling route in the meantime as I acquire my license, AND I am of the mindset that @Jay Hinrichs has expressed in a multitude of posts; which is that wholesaling is inherently immoral unless you operate with complete and utter transparency in all aspects of the deal, from seller to buyer and intent to closing etc...Would love your input as well, Jay.

I believe there are a couple of tenants who had expressed interest with the current seller. 

I am a local investor and focus in the same areas you expressed interest in.  

Properties acquired with the express purpose of being investment properties are in an LLC.

Not even sure why they are contacting me as I have never expressed an interest in selling.  

Has anyone taken Real Estate Express (realestateexpress.com) online school to become a real estate agent?
