You can take off the baseboard (carefully, so you can put it back if that's not the source of the odor) and cut out a piece of sheetrock to examine. 

Many claim they are selling the equitable interest in the contract not the property itself, but when the email has pictures and stats of the property that would likely be a tough point to prove in court.I'm on several wholesaler lists and would definitely consider buying the right deal from one.  

Decide to wait for permission which will never come.Downside is that if she were ever audited and if the exchange were examined and if they determined that it was not valid she would end up paying the same tax and some back interest.  

Real estate taxes are normally the largest expense we underwrite for, and they should always be examined as they are not static (they go up!).

I've done a bunch of mortgages for the formerly incarcerated; we don't document it anywhere in the loan file (so there's no good stats on it), but they disclose it to me in the form of "hey Chris I have a record, I did [crime here], is that going to be a problem?"

I found it odd that the kitchen was the nicest part of the house in my opinion and they really didn't examine it or open cabinets or the fridge or anything.

I know people are leaving based on the stats but most people I work with are from out of state coming for the higher salaries, job opportunities, and more.
