On the flip side, if I keep the property and rent for the above values, I would be paying off the debt every month from the income, essentially making me debt free due to the payments being covered, and I keep the asset, which will start cash flowing a lot once debt is gone.

I’m wondering if using Customer instead of Class would work, thereby allowing the less expensive Simple Start or Essentials versions to be used.As a private lender I’ve been using Customer for borrower and Job for each borrower loan … seems to work.

It turns out the boyfriend has been charge with abusive behavior and has been issued a restraining order by the courts that essentially evicted from the home.Due to the fact they both did not strong credit, I had initially taken 2 months rent from them as security deposit, with the understanding that 1 month would be returned at end of 1st year lease if they decided to renew.
