Hey Michael, there's plenty of folks here and local meetups for you to network and pick their brains.I would connect with some local investor-friendly agents in your market.

A sweet spot in December saw mortgage rates dip, encouraging more folks to buy.

Additionally, I own an adjacent parcel with 5 acres of coffee and have obtained permits to operate an agricultural tourism business there, with entitlements to build two more dwellings.The estate is situated within a gated community, and while it’s a remarkable property with a lot of unique features, I’ve encountered some pushback from the neighbors, which has made me reconsider my position here.

At 7 doors it's not necessary, but of course software can save you time, especially if you grow.If you plan to scale beyond your current size, I would echo other folks above that you should look into one of these more robust software solutions sooner than later (re: Buildium, AppFolio, RentVine, etc.)
