Hey BP forums, I recently found a deal in a smaller town in Eastern New Mexico that I need some help in.

I focused my marketing on a particular area, but got a call today about a house in a completely different area that I'm unfamiliar with - Pocomoke City, MD (Eastern Shore).

But next year I'll be setting up a permanent office, though the location is to be decided, it will be either in Eastern Europe, South America of South (East) Asia.I'd still like to travel a lot and work at the same time.

Boise is a fast growing city, Eastern Idaho, where I'm at, is a lot more laid back.

Mayor Walsh has already restricted short term rentals and I would expect that other cities in eastern Mass are not far behind. 

I have a property on the Eastern shore but it is too far for me to manage, maybe we could work something out.
