We have taken care of engineers and permits.Assume that there is reasonable access from the rear of the property - and these are all attached row homes.If anyone has recommendations for a good subcontractor we are all ears.

There are currently 23 states (as of last count a couple of weeks ago) that enforce this law.I know this because we just locked up 2,500 SFR's in your state (in Orlando, to be specific) that are past the redemption period (bank did not pay delinquent HOA dues), and the same law group that won the case in Nevada in front of Supreme Court (see link below) is handling the conversion into Warranty Deeds.

Then, if you want to get into flips in the future, you'll be locked and loaded.I find wholesaling a rather dark practice and of questionable ethics, mainly because most wholesalers don't properly disclose what they are in fact, doing.

I was going to continue living with my parents until the renovations were completed.I hired contractor 4, put a lock box on the property and starting purchasing materials and placing them in the garage for the contractor to get started.
