The electrician is worried about some of the wiring to appliances being aluminum, he’s also concerned about the lack of a disconnect between the meter and the service panels. 

yeah....well after requesting to have my service disconnected I was told by the C/S Rep that I would be charged an additional month since I was canceling prior to 90 days!

Here is the disconnect that OH Realtor might take issue to and many home sellers faced with this request---deferring payment for 12 months kills the cash flow if the home seller has an existing lien on the property he is trying to sell (not only will he/she not receive PITI payment, but they will have to go into pocket to pay the same for a year).This strategy has some legs if the property being sold is mortgage free, but a word of caution to home sellers thinking of adopting this approach---build enough in your asking price to compensate for the lost opportunity the cashflow you are deferring would have created.

What I would like to see is my actions that I've learned from the training's turn into profit and that's where the disconnect seems to be...I am following the training's and there teachings but not getting any real results as of yet.  

I think there is a little bit of a disconnect on this site amongst the average investor out there and the full-time cash-flow only people who are, naturally, the ones who make up the bulk of the posters.
