It's depressing how people keep voting for new taxes still even seeing little to no commensurate change in the problems they claim to fix.Also, I think Yamhill county has a lot of potential for growth and is still relatively cheap.

I always pay cash between $40 and 60,000 and always make my 2%I think it’s easier to invest in C class and buy cheap and make the 2% . however , it comes with more problems because they are depressed areas so finding good tenants is not easy.
