Nothing wrong with multiple layers if done RIGHT...here in Florida 2 layers is permitted and insurance cannot deny coverage and you do NOT need to disclose on sale because code allows it.

They did an awesome job submitting my applications, explaining the follow up that needed to be done by me and extending my term as the first submissions of credit applications where denied (I had just sold my place and didn't know that you had to have 2 years at your current place or I could have used old address and just forward it).Any questions I had were always answered, I learned so much about how to obtain credit even AFTER you are denied!

I never try to tell them they should or should not apply.When denying an application, I don't give a specific reason unless required by law.
