Are you wanting to list your own properties or is it just to find deals?

Happy you're taking the leap.. any thoughts on how you'll build your deal-finding pipeline?

I did public record searches on all the tenants while I was in the process of buying the building just so I'd know who I was going to be dealing with.

If you’re investing, this is actually when you start getting better deals—not when you panic.What do you think?

It's still possible to BRRRR now, but the deal has to be muuuccchhh better and those are just much harder to find.People are still making it work in real estate though, primarily by getting more creative and often needing to add even more value to make the numbers work.

Now, you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.
