I have a two year old daughter and a two month old daughter. 

I would like to transfer the title to my daughter so that she can sell it and keep the money.

I am currently enjoying being a stay-at-home-dad for our 8 month old daughter while working on business projects such as developing an app and a couple of small products.  

As I was speaking to him today he started in about his daughter's new furniture that may be damaged and the inconvenience factor.

Apparently, people driving by had been watching us working on it.We took an application from a single mom with a young daughter who worked at the local gas station.

However, the owner doesn't want to move until the end of May so her grand daughter can finish the school year.

I have started listening to the Podcasts from 2013, talk to a close friend who uses this site regularly, own one SF home that I used to live in and now rent out, and also another SF that I live in with my wife and two beautiful daughters (1 & 3).

fast forward to 2016, my wife and i now had a daughter and were expecting another.

There's been some complications and expenses that the daughter as heir does not want to get involve with, so it just sits there.

They're renting from us to stay in their daughter's school district.
