I also think making a blanket statement like this is dangerous as someone can read it and take it as true when, as I have clearly pointed out, it isn't true depending on (at the very least) how many homes you are selling (even if for yourself).  

If anything, 5G cellular frequencies are more dangerous, but still requires close proximity to transmitters for long periods of time.

For any who would like to know, sorry I am not willing to share that tool set or how to get such, it's very dangerous tech in the wrong hands, I'd rather not share such. 

Mind you, if interest rates were ever to return to a normal level in the US or Canada (something like around 6%), the property market would inevitably tank as it did in 2007-8 as the CAP rates are generally currently below that interest rate level.Short-term rentals work great in Mexico because of much lower property prices, operational costs and taxes, potentially higher income and no (danger of) unfavourable short-term regulations.BiggerPockets is awesome but it's mostly US-centric and you cannot copy/paste everything when investing in another country.

Would it be "Dangerous" to even pay out of my pocket on the first year to cover all expenses?

I switched to Allstate a couple years ago and about a year ago asked for a reminder of the dangerous breed list and was informed they got rid of it. 

The answer I got was that there was a report of a dangerous animal in or on the property.

I also understand that a foreclosure process done wrong can cost even more.Does anyone handle their own foreclosures or is it well understand that doing so is a combination of dangerous and foolhardy?

Life is inherently biased and dangerous.
