While this is true, I think most people forget there are two components to refinance.

So maybe the recorder wont record them and that cuts the sharper wholesaler who knows how to do their own escrows off at the knees ????

It's pretty clear cut that the credit pull came from her application. 

Lately I have seen a lot of value cuts, so also plan on the conservative side.
