I still can't say for certain where crypto currencies for investments like Bitcoin and Ether are going in the future, but I can say that lending and savings platforms based on block-chain technology are really going to give the traditional banks a run for their money.

As well, how are gains or losses in the currency treated?  

The currency has almost halved in value since then.

There are a lot of foreigners that buy here as a hedge against their own country's currency, and that won't decline with a worldwide epidemic.

South Korea, Australia, Maui, Brazil, Belize, We like Belize because:- Official language English- currency is pegged at $2BZD to $1USD- Property ownership laws are English based since they were ruled by England. 

Do you see a lot of US investors in the Toronto market considering the currency rate right now?

I personally don't see long term success for BTC and other independent currencies.   

I would do HML in BC and get a loan pay off no with holding of my profits.. and I made a nice play on the currency delta..
