@Mason Hjelmeland, sorry to say, but I'd advise you get legal counsel from an experienced l/t attorney.It is a sticky wicket, in part because you don't mention if he was just arrested or convicted, or what his incarceration entails.Was he by any chance rioting?

@William Olsen If the husband was convicted of a financial crime there is most likely a lis pendens filed against the property.

After digging, turns out "You Name It Contracting" is not even a registered entity and both owners are convicted felons with jail time for theft, burglary and forgery by deception.
