I'm a very easy going, non confrontational person, but in this case even I would probably have to tell them no.

I just shopped around for a better price on insurance and I was confronted with a decision I could not answer.

I like to know the people involved in the HOA’s in case there are any issues, they can be confronted directly.

I was ahead of the city in knowledge and they have been great to work with and have addressed items I didn't agree with in a very friendly and non-confrontational manner.

People get confrontational if you bring up their house being in foreclosure to early  in the process.
