While there is literally endless configurations one could use, their is prevailing methodologies as to how to best configure any 1 grouping, and to why do it that way, but as to the exact compilation of the "flowers" into any 1 "vase", the targeted use, conveyance and results will dictate. 

Such plans are the same as a retirement plan on the back end, but configured differently to expand your investment choices to anything the IRS rules allow for, not just what a particular firm happens to sell.Of course, with such plans, the real estate investments are made by and operated exclusively for the benefit of the plan. 

@Addie Burchell If the utility configuration is explicitly stated in the lease as her responsibility, post a demand for nonpayment of rent.

There are lots of options for configuring the property.

Whenever I replace kitchens in small single family rentals, I try to configure them to be in a straight line ( like a Gally kitchen ) so the replacement of them is easy and accessible at any home depot or Lowes. 8 ft long sectionals are extremely cheap and come with the countertop most of the time. 

Probably looking at $900+ market rent if that configuration.  

Do I leave it this configuration or do I convert the upstairs into a master and one additional bedroom making the house a 5 bed 3.5 bath?

Lawn care and snow removal; it seems like the configuration would be a side by side.

If you get a quality system that you can configure to record on motion or all the time with high quality cameras that you will never have to change batteries on I think you will be much happier.My digital watchdog cameras cost between $250 and $500.
