After a month of searching the internet and reading RichDad PoorDad an countless other ebooks, I still lack education and what better place to gain knowledge than Bigger Pockets.

Thanks Jay, I requested your Ebook in the past couple of days, just getting started on it.  

Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend listening to the biggerpocket podcasts whenever you have time and getting the free ebook from biggerpockets called the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to RE investing.

I know most on the forum add their license as something complimentary to their investing, however I've decided to reverse that model and pursue being a full time agent as the basis for my future investing.  

Make sure you check out the ebooks and podcasts on BP. 

I think all buyers, no matter what niche they are in should understand what it is that agents, title companies, appraisers, contractors, etc. do, what is a "complimentary" service they won't charge for, and at what point they should be compensated for their work, and it would contribute to a much better working relationship.
