I briefly Google-searched REIA in my area last week and for some reason I ended up thinking that the closest one was in Roanoke.

So choose the best for your needs, not the closest.  

So if the closest address to my starting point is the third address on the list, it will make that the first stop, then the house closest to stop 1 will be stop 2, etc.

The closest to you that I can think of is American IRA out of NC.

We've had difficulty comping a cap rate on Marco; Naples is closest and has more to compare, but is seemingly a different enough market.The value add to bring in Medical or a more permanent tenant on the 2nd floor is to add an elevator, which the property currently does not have.
