Maricopa County ranked among the counties in the state with the highest number of foreclosure filings.

In fact I can have half of the rooms occupied and still pay the mortgage. 

Just wondering can you ever catch a great deal on the market  and if so what’s stopping you from taking advantage?

@Ken M. rents are softening in the places that have had a lot of new units come on line.

Basically anything that I should have before the construction starts.Currently in the step of figuring out how to get home plans and how to work with architects so I have the following questions:1.
