Most people that I know buy Turnkey because they want a monthly return on their money rather than a long term equity position an appreciation.

Chris, when you say 95% of brokers are eliminated for not being able to provide successful transaction references, are you referring to actual mortgage brokers, or are you referring to the people that attend a “cash flow” seminar and believe  the easy money hype? 

Many people who own rentals and are already self managing them will set up a pm biz to be able to adopt a Solo 401k.

Some people will, some wont.
