I charged 50.00 to 125.00 to clean a stove.. bathtub 30 to 45, fridge 35 to 45, floors per room sweep and wash 15.00 per window and tracks 15.00 light bulbs replace 3.00 each. blinds 15.00 to 35.00 each to replace.

Maintenance is not the same for a MH as it is for a stick built home. 1/4 inch PVC water lines that will freeze, plastic bathtubs crack, electrical lines run through the walls without staples, well, there is nothing to staple them to!

Necessary repairs before filling the house with a renter will include a wood floor treatment (not full on refinishing with polyurethane), touch up trim paint in each room, selectively touch up wall paint in certain rooms, repair a portion of ceiling from water damage (source of damage identified and repaired by owners), as well as general cleaning of Full Bath tub and tile surround.

We prefer also at least one bath tub, a master suite, and it doesn't need to be updated, but cleanliness is a must.Glen Bernie is also good and if there are other areas you know of that might be good for a little, new family, I'm all ears.We'd prefer a single family home or small multifamily, but are also looking at a lot of apartment complexes as well.

should I use 1/4' hardibacker, which mostly after installing the tile would be higher than the current original floor. keep in mind I have the bathroom cabinet and the bathtub already there. what should cover the bathroom original wood floor properly in order to install the tile.
