Problem is that European countries like Portugal and Spain are following (or preceding) the negative STR regulations that you find in more and more places in North America.

The only time the market ever crashed in Miami seriously was because there was mortgage fraud going on and then the mortgage industry was regulated.

By your logic any law regulating commerce would be valid… that’s not how it works. 

If they enact STR regulations might be an issue.

@Mark Wright, I really appreciate the sensible input and agree that regulations and restrictions are needed, but hope that the town works with local owners to accomplish their goals and don't just push them out.
