Customer service revolves a lot around maintenance, answering the phone or texts promptly, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

You rarely get phone calls from your tenants and they are business owners vs. folks with kids, pets, showers and toilets.

@Alex Breshears what about for direct mail can I use my home address and my regular cell phone number or should I get a Google number?

You likely won't find your answer on the internet, FB marketplace is a good start, but I found all my help up there through referrals and picking up the phone. 

Side note your phone will blow up with all the notifications from Airbnb so be prepared for that.
