But that is easily overcome.Once you start each exchange, each will have it's own calendar for identification and completion but there is no reason why you cannot schedule your closings such that you could easily combine the two exchanges into one purchase.Example - If you sell each side for $150K you would need to purchase 150K to complete each exchange.

@Michael Kugler why not use Realist, Parcelquest, etc. to get copies of the property records, contact the owners, and if the owners are interested, have them send you identification, such as driver's license, passport or some other form of government ID?

There are property managers that require a US issued photo ID, others don't care as long as they provide a form of identification (Ex: passport from their country) and prove their income.
