The forums have been great and I've been listening to the Podcast library nonstop. 

I was an investment analyst also and a lawyer in Not an educator.There are sources online, I like the NOLO books and read the LLC or Corporation (found at local library).

also read some books from the Library or just buy: The Weekend Millionaire, The Millionaire Real Estate Investors These are my two all time favorites (they have cheese titles but very good readings) And most importantly you should go to your local  Real Estate Investor Club  a few times and observe who are the "do-ers" and not the "talkers".

One of our units is targeted to those who do not drive (an efficiency unit near downtown services such as senior center, library, county offices, public transportation, located on ground floor but no parking.)   

I live in Boston, home of one of the best public library systems in America, so I'm pretty sure I can get my hands on any book worth reading, but I have no idea what books are worth reading.Any recommendations for excellent but daunting real estate investing books to test my mettle?
