It will be interesting to see if more states decouple for the 2018 tax year to counter balance the SALT cap.

The Utah (Salt Lake City) housing market, especially rent prices, have increased quite a bit over the last two years, so I thought I should bump it up a little more this next lease, especially with how much my property taxed went up this year.

Ask a mortgage broker to find you the best deal and, if he or she is worth his/her salt, they should be able to find you some deals you didn't know existed.
