Since I would like to move to California, LA when I finish sixth form ( High school) here in England , I am starting to think about how I am going to pay for my university.

I mentor new investors in the New England area and hear "I wish I had met you before I spent all of my money" they get caught up in the smoke and mirrors and want answers so badly they buy in and come out more confused and frustrated than ever.

Shawn,Great question and a tough one to answer.I have been building for forty years and covered just about every architectural flair.The most satisfying would be the true post and beam style houses out in New England.

I own a few multi families and single family homes in the New England area and I'm currently looking to buy, renovate and hold additional rental properties.Always looking to meet with other investors and wholesalers.
