Can you defend that as an acceptable way to do business?

Also if you are able to get title insurance they will defend a foreclosure suit not just refund your purchase price.  

When I tried defending myself, he brought up the fact that I wasn't around for the 2008 recession where real estate investors (and investors in general) got hit pretty hard, and that if it were to happen again, I would be in trouble since I am only investing in real estate, for now (I am only 24...). 

When he called you flipping out, you instead should have sternly defended the fact he failed to execute and you have proof, that you exhausted efforts to reach him.

I have used Champions School of Real Estate for my courses and they gave us an exam prep book for National and State but it's not as detailed as I think it should be to help me pass.What did you use to prepare for the exam?

The real money in water rights goes to the attorneys who are hired to defend those rights.

If the borrower requests mediation or attempts to defend, the process may draw out more.  

So unfortunately I have to say you might need stronger stats to defend you rankings
