Still not a lawyer or a COA, make sure you use a QI like @Dave Foster for the exchange, and a cpa or at least an accountant for your taxes.

The key is your lawyer submitting your renovation plans to the court.  

If you are a corporation or a real estate developer, it may be different, but for the vast majority of the mom and pop investors, it has no value.First of all, I always find it laughable that any high income professional, doctor or lawyer or corporate executive, would want to trade their most valuable resource (time) for something they already have plenty (money).

Rather just get a flat fee from a lawyer to write stuff up for me, or bet on an a la carte online medium to curate it for me.

I need a RE lawyer to help with my sticky situation with a property in Newton, MA. 

At the end of the day, this is one of those things where it's probably as simple as filling out the form and mailing it in with the fee, and that's all a lawyer will do for you as well, other than send a bill.

Maybe charge $100/$50 for second violation in safety/non-safety respectively.As for collections, unfortunately we are now dealing with a delinquent owner (since Nov, not paying dues) and have had to hire a lawyer.
