Another tenant's girlfriend was involved in a hit and run and succumbed to her wounds days later; this particular tenant's government subsidy has just ended and he has no money to pay rent, but I'm sure evicting him will be a challenge especially since he just lost his partner.

DO NOT: 1- Put in extra appliances. 2- Pay Utilities, this is an open wound 2- Allow partial payments or payment schedules Great list, but on point #4, wouldn't that attract lots of loser applicants and end up costing you a ton for paying those app fees, especially if you're paying an agency like NTN to do the screening?

@Bill McGrath Bill, I saw your post and noted that  you wound up not going through with the lending for this project.

I wound up opening a few workplaces for the organization and turned into a national deals mentor showing achievement and inspiration to a large number of individuals the nation over.

Many of them were in such terrible condition, with wounds left untreated, broken bones that weren't set, etc.
