This is debt taken on to purchase DEPRECIATING, non income producing assets, like cars for personal use, vacations, food, clothing, etc.  

That said there are a ton of 1 man truck type guys who identify as handyman/women that do awesome work and know what they're doing.

I'm looking for any women who are successfully house hacking to talk with. 

At 18, I was worried about unsuccessfully chasing women and playing Super Nintendo (I'm old) but you've already identified a great cash flow market and are going about it the right way by seeking out experts and advice from people on the ground. 

I would prefer to network with people in the narrow focus, but be around a group that is a bit broader, such as business owners, maybe women investors, mindset coaches etc. 

Plus you have a door to the LR right there which will be an accident waiting for someone to walk into the open frig door with a load of clothes..  

BUT, I still had to pay for my website hosting... and doing it yourself, from scratch will take trial and error, which means more time, which means more money on clothing, food, mortgage, rent  what ever.

I'm looking for an app that will handle a snake in the clothes dryer.  

Cars, clothes and dinners are fun but not the same as a house that will pay for it versus your own sweat and man hours.
