Most billion dollar portfolio holders have there assets listed on their company website or are out there promoting their business through their assets one way or another.

We are considering a new policy at BiggerPockets and request feedback.Idea: Update our website policy such that "Wholesalers" who break forum rules, solicit members, or submit requests to meet agents using our agent finder will be sent a $125 bill for each infraction. 

Rather be thankful for that "no" because it is bringing you closer to the 'yes' you want. 

The headache of playing peacemaker between 3-5 unrelated tenants doesn't sound worth the premium management fee; not to mention rent by room generally brings in lower quality tenants which require significant more management.With that said, higher rates are pushing investors toward rent by room simply because it's the only option for cash flow (at least in Denver) which is why I have so many folks reaching out.If you currently have rent by room investments or perhaps you're a PM currently offering rent by room, I'd love to hear your feedback and any advice you may have.

You have to practice and find smart ways to move around PPC/PPL is definitely something I’m keeping on my radar, it’s great to hear that it's working for you and bringing in motivated sellers.

So far striking out on doing internet searches and looking on VA website.

Already helps a lot if you're bringing a deal to the table...
