Remember too cashflow isn't what usually makes you rich in real estate, it is good defense, but look for property's that you think will appreciate in the long term, this is typically where true wealth is created. 

Despite what you read ("Nothing down to independently wealthy in 6 months", etc.), you need cash and credit to invest.

I'd suspect the answer is 0 and no record.For the record, I used to work for the IRS and the two things that every "wealthy" person had on their 1040s were real estate and farms.  

There are folks, a couple here on BP, who are adamant the organisation is the best path to a future in real estate investing and there are many here who see it as multi-level marketing scheme designed to make a few at the top of the pyramid wealthy at the expense of those recruited at the entry level.   

Were you already wealthy enough that quitting the day job freed up resources to expand the investment empire, or have you consequently struggled to pay your bills?
