At this point it would be used for property flipping...when I think of timely bidding, paying contractors and purchasing materials I'm just not sure having the third party intervention is a feasible approach with this type of venue.

Had an uncle who had a leased parking lot, if you're close to a special events venue it's a license to steal, 20/25 bucks (evening 2-4 hours) for about 160 sq ft of pavement @ 100 spaces.

We have so many in our group now we need to move to a larger venue than the one we are currently renting for our weekly meetings and twice-monthly workshops.Oh, and the classes are on-line and available 24x7.
